We are aligned with the World Green Building Council Net Zero Carbon Buildings Commitment that states all buildings within our portfolio should be Net Zero Carbon by 2030 at the latest.

At present, our 68 King William Street redevelopment project is undergoing refurbishment works, upon launch we commit to measure, disclose and assess the building’s energy demand and carbon emissions. The same applies to all additional buildings that become part of our portfolio.

To that end, Black Mountain Partners will develop and implement a decarbonisation roadmap outlining key actions and milestones.

Subsequently, we will demonstrate the enhanced energy performance, reduced carbon emissions and progress towards Net Zero Carbon at both asset and portfolio level.

Finally, Black Mountain Partners commit to play our part in promoting awareness of the Net Zero Carbon cause both in London and online, thereby assisting in the all-important transition to NZC buildings, however and whenever we can.
