We led the business appraisal, conceptualisation, partner selection process, design, planning, construction, sales & marketing, and creation of a full operations team for the Regent Porto Montenegro, a 110-key waterfront property that opened in 2014 featuring local stone facades, arched colonnades and a dramatic double-height atrium leading to an inner courtyard garden.

Our chosen architects were ReardonSmith Architects & Landscape (UK) working alongside Milinaric, Henry and Zervudachi interiors (France).

Comprised of two adjacent buildings with a raised, waterfront pool club for residents, the property made the Conde Nast Traveller Hot List in its first year of operations.
