PORTO MONTENEGRO

LANDSCAPING

Our place-making and public realm strategy included an expansive landscaping initiative to re-introduce natural elements into the marina after years of neglect.

Martin Lane Fox, the late Vice-Chairman of the Royal Horticultural Society, was our chosen partner to help position the nascent village as a verdant haven that was open to the local population of Tivat, creating a seamless transition from the mountains behind, to the adjacent town and out to the bay in front.

Later on, we selected ReardonSmith Landscaping to create the lush Regent Hotel & Residences terrace gardens that became a key revenue driver for both F&B and events.
