Oliver Corlette is the Founder and Managing Partner of Black Mountain Partners, the London-based investment platform he established in 2018 to invest in, develop and operate landmark mixed-use destinations alongside leading global investors and brands.

Oliver's career has centred on building and repositioning destination real estate at scale.

For 11 years he was the founding Managing Director of Porto Montenegro, leading every aspect of the €450 million development from acquisition of the original 85-hectare former naval base, through rezoning, financing, and assembly of a 300-strong management team, to the development and sale of more than 250 residences, 50 retail stores, a 450-berth superyacht marina, the 110-key 5-star Regent Hotel, a Knightsbridge boarding school and surrounding amenities.

The investor group included Peter Munk (founder of Barrick Gold), Lord Jacob Rothschild (Rothschild Investment Trust), Bernard Arnault (Groupe Arnault) and Ivan Glasenberg.

Oliver led the eventual sale of the business to the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), the sovereign wealth fund of Dubai, in 2016. Porto Montenegro is today regarded as one of the leading luxury superyacht destinations in the Mediterranean.

Through Black Mountain Partners, Oliver has subsequently led the acquisition and repositioning of 68 King William Street in the City of London with Ares Management - converting a former House of Fraser department store into a mixed-use, hospitality-led asset anchored by Corbin & King and PureGym.

He has also advised AroundTown AG on the Larnaca Marina, Port and Waterfront redevelopment, a 300,000 sqm mixed-use scheme in Cyprus.

In 2026 he was elected to the board of DCI Advisors Limited (LON:DCI), the AIM-listed holder of resort real estate across the Eastern Mediterranean, extending the same thesis into the listed market.

Earlier in his career, Oliver was a Private Equity Associate at Onex Investment Corporation in New York, working on more than $3bn of media and entertainment LBOs, and an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York.

Oliver holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was part of the team that won the ULI Hines Urban Design Competition - a $400m proposal selected ahead of 90 graduate schools to reactivate downtown St. Louis.

He also holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) in Finance and Economics from the University of Technology, Sydney, and was previously a Special Student at Harvard's Graduate School of Arts & Sciences.
