DCI Advisors is a London-listed investment company holding a portfolio of resort and mixed-use real estate assets across the Eastern Mediterranean — Greece, Croatia and Cyprus.

Oliver Corlette was nominated to the board of DCI Advisors in May 2026, following an approach from an existing shareholder with a view to supporting governance and value creation alongside the wider register.

The DCI portfolio sits at the intersection of two themes BMP knows well: the structural attractiveness of Eastern Mediterranean destination real estate, and the value-creation playbook for under-capitalised, brand-light resort assets.

The anchor asset — a 209-hectare site at Kilada in the Greek Riviera, adjacent to Amanzoe, with a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course under construction and planning consent for hotel and residential development — is precisely the kind of project that benefits from disciplined development management and the right brand partnership.
