From 2023 to 2024 BMP advised AroundTown AG — one of Europe's largest listed real-estate companies — on the redevelopment of the Larnaca Marina, Port and Waterfront, one of the most significant mixed-use waterfront schemes in the Eastern Mediterranean.

BMP's role spanned the full advisory lifecycle: strategy, financial modelling, development planning, construction oversight, sustainability, sales, marketing and brand.

The 300,000 sqm programme integrates upgraded port and marina infrastructure with hotel, residential and retail components across a prominent waterfront site in an emerging Eastern Mediterranean real estate market.
